Cancellation and Refund Policy for Proffers Tech
Overview
At Proffers Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the custom, resource-intensive nature of our work in web development, app creation, and SEO, we have a structured policy regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation During Discovery: A client may cancel a project within 48 hours of the initial deposit and project kick-off without penalty, unless dedicated strategy or discovery work has already commenced.
Cancellation After Development Begins: Once the project discovery phase is complete and design/development work has started, the initial deposit and any payments for completed work phases are non-refundable. Cancellation at this stage will require payment for all hours worked up to the point of cancellation.
Subscription Services (e.g., SEO, Maintenance): Clients may cancel monthly subscription services at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. Refunds for the current month are not provided.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@profferstech.us.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval.
Please note that any third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, stock media, premium plugin licenses) incurred on the client’s behalf are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
Project Termination by Proffers Tech: We reserve the right to terminate a project due to unforeseen circumstances, client misconduct, or non-payment. In such an event, a prorated refund for any unfulfilled, pre-paid services will be issued.
Service Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us at +1(717)-620-1588 immediately so we can work towards a resolution. Our primary goal is to ensure the project’s success.
Changes to Projects
Scope changes after a project has commenced may adjust the project timeline and cost. These will be discussed and approved by the client before implementation.
