Full description
Two used Dell PowerEdge R820 rack servers for USD 700 total. Both include installed processors and power supplies.
Each server includes 4 × Intel Xeon E5-4650 v2 processors at a 2.40GHz base clock. Each CPU has 10 cores / 20 threads, giving 40 physical cores / 80 threads per server with Hyper-Threading. Across the two servers, this package contains 8 CPUs, 80 physical cores and 160 threads in total; these are two separate systems.
Each server includes 256GB Samsung DDR3-1600 ECC LRDIMM RAM (4 × 64GB per server; 8 modules and 512GB total across the pair).
Hard drives are not included. Additional RAM and hard drives are sold separately. Available drive options are Western Digital WD3001BKHG-02D22 300GB SAS 10,000 RPM 2.5-inch drives and Seagate Constellation.2 ST91000640NS 1TB SATA 7,200 RPM 2.5-inch drives.
Used equipment with normal cosmetic wear. CPU and memory diagnostics passed in the tested configurations. Diagnostic reports and recorded warnings are available for review.
