Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs can change, and you may need to pause or cancel a service. To make this process smooth and transparent, we follow the guidelines below.
Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project, notify us in writing at support@profferstech.us. You will only be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance for completed tasks must be cleared before the project is officially closed.
Monthly Services Cancellation
For ongoing services such as SEO, digital marketing, content management, or maintenance plans, we require a 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after the cycle begins will apply to the following month, as resources and planning begin immediately.
No Cancellation for Completed Work
Delivered work, completed milestones, scheduled campaigns, research, audits, or executed tasks cannot be canceled or reversed. Once the work is done, the service is considered fulfilled.
Ad Campaigns and Third-Party Services
Advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) cannot be canceled once the ads start running. Any third-party services such as hosting, themes, plugins, or software subscriptions must be canceled directly with the provider.
Failing to Provide Information or Feedback
If a project is delayed due to lack of client response or missing information for more than 14 days, the project will be placed on hold. No refunds are issued in cases where delays are caused by the client.
