Refund Policy
At ProffersTech, we aim to deliver high-quality Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development Services, Mobile App Development, CRM Implementation and E-commerce. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we follow a clear and transparent refund process to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.
Refund Eligibility
Since our services involve research, planning, time investment, and custom execution, refunds are issued only under specific conditions. Refunds may be considered if the project has not yet started, no work has been delivered, or no resources have been assigned to your task. Once work has begun on strategy, design, development, SEO, or content, the service becomes non-refundable due to the time and expertise already invested.
Project-Based Refunds
For fixed-price or milestone-based projects, refunds apply only to the portion of work that has not been initiated. Completed milestones or delivered tasks are non-refundable. If a project is canceled midway for personal reasons, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date.
Monthly Services Refunds
Monthly retainers such as SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, or management services are non-refundable once the month has started. This is because resources, tools, planning, and execution begin immediately at the start of each cycle. We do not offer refunds on past months of service or “paid but unused” time.
Revision and Satisfaction Process
Instead of refunds, we focus on improving your experience through revisions and adjustments. If the delivered work does not meet agreed-upon requirements, we offer revisions based on the original scope until the work aligns with expectations.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made for domains, hosting, themes, plugins, ads, tools, or third-party services are not refundable under any circumstances. These providers have their own policies, and we do not control their billing systems.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, send an email to support@profferstech.us with your project details and reason for the request. Our team will review your case within 5 business days and respond with the final decision. All refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 business days.
